A lovely 2 bedroom front line golf apartment with the pool being at your doorstep.

2 bed ground floor, frontline golf views with garden. Sleeps 4, all bed linen & towels excluding beach towels. A safe and hairdryer are provided for your use.

Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher & washer/drier, ironing board & iron. Dining table & four chairs.

Full air conditioning & central heating. LCD TV, hi-fi and DVD plus portable TV & DVD player. Selection of books and games.

40 metres from large pool and play area. Garden table, chairs and sun loungers.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

About the complex and area

Polaris World Resorts are unique in Spain, with a walled perimeter and a security gated entrance, manned 24 hours a day. They are exclusive resorts with numerous on site activities and facilities, something for everyone ensuring a perfect holiday for all.

The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

15 mins from San Javier airport.
40 mins from Alicante airport.
20 mins from Murcia City.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There are 14 swimming pools and the tennis courts.

The unique town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including:
