About the property

A lovely 3 bedroom detached villa, fully furnished for 6 persons, and walking distance to all the facilities on La Torre Golf (15 mins walk). This villa is all on one level with ample roof terraces.

Villa Pereira is fully air-conditioned with central heating for the winter months. Satellite TV and in situ on the superb La Torre Golf with many onsite facilities: 14 pools, tennis courts, restaurants, supermarket...

The lovely Mar Menor beaches are just 15 minutes away, and San Javier airport along with the city of Murcia with all its history, is within 20 minutes.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven and hob.

1 double bedroom en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms with further shower room. All bed linen and towels includes except beach towels.

Lounge with two beautiful leather sofas, one being a sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD. Dining table and seating for 6.

Garden table and 6 chairs plus 4 sun loungers.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

About La Torre golf and area

Polaris World Resorts are unique in Spain, with a walled perimeter and a security gated entrance, manned 24 hours a day. They are exclusive resorts with numerous on site activities and facilities, something for everyone ensuring a perfect holiday for all.

15 minutes from San Javier airport.
40 minutes from Alicante airport.
20 minutes from Murcia City.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Clubhouse has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There are 14 swimming pools, as well as tennis courts.

The unique town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including:
