About the property
Villa Nicola is a large detached villa situated on the new 18 hole golf course Salinas de Antigua golf course which is situated on the outskirts of Caleta de Fuste. It is on a very large 800 sq m plot.
It has 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 triple rooms and sleeps up to 8 people plus a baby in a cot. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The 2 triple bedrooms share a shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers and ceiling fans. They also have bedside tables and reading lamps. The master bedroom has its own flat screen TV and a Playstation 2 games console. The villa also has free wi-fi internet access.
The very large lounge/dining room is furnished to a very high standard and has satellite TV, DVD player and CD stereo system. The fully fitted kitchen has electric oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There is also an additional dining table in the kitchen. A separte utility area has an additional sink. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The private swimming pool is 9m x 4m and is heated in the winter months for your comfort. In addition there is a separate 2m round childrens pool. There is an outside dining table and chairs and plenty of sunbeds. There is a barbeque and outside shower. Stairs with safety gate lead to the roof terrace which benefits from views over golf course to the sea.

Pool heating is included in the prices shown from 1st November - 30th April. If pool heating is required at other times there is a charge of £75 per week.
Infants under 2 are free of charge and a travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
A deposit of £100 is required on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival in villa.
About Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura
Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.
The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.
Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.

The Atlantico Centre is home to several shops, bars and restaurants and a large reasonably priced supermarket. The 5 star Sheraton Hotel is also close to the golf course along with the 4 star Elba Sara Hotel and the new 4 star Elba Carlotta Hotel.
There are now 2 18 hole golf courses next door to each other.
