We offer a superbly furnished, brand-new, fully air-conditioned, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with rooftop solarium, private garden and underground car-parking. It is situated in a quiet residential area, and yet it is close enough to beaches and all the facilities that go to make for a fantastic holiday.
The development benefits from two communal swimming pools set in well-maintained gardens.
Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a double sofa-bed suitable for children in the lounge. The bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with ample room.
The apartment is furnished in a Spanish rustic style with Mexican pine furniture, complemented with leather sofas. The apartment has been fitted out to suit the tastes of the owner, and has not been reduced to only the basic essentials like many other holiday apartments.
The TV shows all popular British, Scandavian and Spanish channels.
A separate utility room is fitted with a washing machine.
The rooftop solarium is ideal for private sunbathing during the day or enjoying the warm evenings under stars.
The underground car-park keeps your car both secure and cool.

16km of 'Blue Flag' beaches of Orihuela Costa is within easy reach of the apartment.
The bustling town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes away. The historic town of Orihuela is 15 minutes away. Theraputic muds of the Mar Menor is just 30 minutes away. 4 championship golf courses are within 10 minutes.
Local attractions include go-karting, the Habaneras commercial centre, marinas at Torrevieja and Cabo Roig. There are many commercial centres offering food, drink and entertainment of all kinds.
Rosie has been a nurse for 30+ years and Steve is a director of a large engineering and management consultancy.
We love the fact that the property at ground level has a private garden, which is unusual for an apartment, as well as a balcony at first floor level and a private solarium for sunbathing at roof level.
The area is extremely quiet and yet the nearest bar and restaurant is no more than 5 minutes walk away.
We are people who like the beach, and there is a huge choice of beaches close by from small ones to large ones, but all have the same very fine white sand.
Also, one is able to enjoy a thoroughly 'Spanish' night out at the many local Spanish restaurants, particularly in Torrevieja or you can enjoy a night out at the many local bars and restaurants where English is commonly spoken.
