About the property

Frontline golf luxury townhouse, 2 bed 2 bath end property on 3 storeys with 2 large terraces and roof solarium all with stunning views of golf course and lake, arguably one of the best views on the resort, fully air conditioned and close to 2 large communal pools and tennis courts.

A spacious property that is furnished to a very high standard, fully air conditioned and extensively equipped for families and golfers.

The ground floor has a lounge/diner with corner leather settee, comfortably seats 4, large flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player, extending dining table with 4 chairs.

There's a comprehensively equipped kitchen including oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery down to a bottle opener. Door to utility area with washing machine and dryer combined.

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with twin beds and large fitted wardrobe with drawers. Bathroom 1, shower cubicle, wc and bidet and patio door opens on to covered terrace with outside dining table and chairs.

On the first floor is bedroom 2 which is spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and bidet, wc and twin beds, large fitted wardrobe with drawers and patio doors leading out onto balcony with settee and sun beds.

The second floor has a very large terrace plus a secluded roof solarium with fantastic panoramic views of golf course and lake on one side and towards Murcia and the mountains on the other, you can even see the sea in the distance.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.

A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

There are 14 swimming pools, 2 of which are very close to the Townhouse, as are the tennis courts.

There is also an on-site supermarket with home delivery service, it is a lovely supermarket that stocks all the necessary supplies, Spanish and English and is surprisingly not overpriced.

La Torre golf resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

15 mins from San Javier airport. 60 mins from Alicante airport. 20 mins from Murcia city.
