About the property
Our property is situated in a very quiet location, yet only 5 minutes walking distance to swimming pools, the clubhouse, supermarket and town centre. We have peaceful views overlooking almond groves which span to the mountains in the distance, perfect for watching the sun set with a chilled glass of wine.
On the ground floor the accommodation consists of a lounge with large sofabed and matching armchair, dining table and chairs. LCD flat screen TV with UK digital channels, DVD player and hi-fi. Direct access from the lounge to a covered terrace, perfect for dining alfresco
Well equipped, open kitchen off lounge with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Fully fitted bathroom with full size bath with shower fitted and screen. Toilet, bidet and sink. Bedroom 1 has a fully fitted wardrobe with drawer storage. A vanity drawer unit and hairdryer, 2 twin single beds and 2 bedside cabinets.
On the first floor there is a second bedroom with a fully fitted wardrobe with drawer storage. A drawer unit and hairdryer. 2 twin single beds and 2 bedside cabinets. En-suite bathroom comprising full size bath with shower and screen fitted, toilet, bidet and sink.
Patio doors lead on to the 1st floor sun terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The roof terrace has sun loungers and chairs, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views with mountains in the distance.
The house is furnished to a very high standard and offers air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms. It also benefits from central heating which is fitted throughout. Bedding and towels are provided and a welcome pack can be organised if required.
There are also many communal pools located within 5 minutes walk of our accommodation which are beautifully landscaped. At the larger pools there are jacuzzis, children's splash pools and play areas with plenty of shade available.

Owner's Tips...
Situated only 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 15 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport. This 5* resort is perfect for either a relaxing family holiday or a golfing holiday/break.
La Torre golf resort is characterized by truly mediterranean style, white-washed properties with wide avenues flanked by the most varied plant life.
The resort is built around an 18 hole golf course which was designed by Jack Nicklaus and his design team.
La Encina restaurant, Pino's bar and The Woodhouse bar are all situated within the clubhouse. The restaurant offers an extensive menu, all meals are cooked to the highest standards. Whether eating inside or on the terrace, with marvellous views of the golf course, it is the ideal location for either lunch or dinner.
The grand town centre is built surrounding a lake. Here you will find an Italian restaurant, a Spanish restaurant, Tapas bar and Irish bar for residents to enjoy. As well as a hairdressers, travel shop and ice cream parlour.
With the aim of providing the best service, there is a very large and well stocked supermarket. Freshly baked bread is available as well as many well known English brand foods and papers. Situated opposite the supermarket is the pharmacy.
The southen location allows for all year rentals due to the mild climate and an average of 300 days sunshine per year
The beach is only a 15 minutes drive away to the Mar Menor coastline and a 20 minute drive to both Cartegena and Murcia.
