About the property
We have the pleasure to present Villa Louise. This superb property located along with many of our other homes on the very popular area of Sector 25, Montana Roja ( Red Volcano). Until recently it was the permanent home of a British couple, who have decided to return to the UK to live, but still very much love the island and have therefore decided to open up their beautiful home for everyone to share, when they are not here on holiday of course. It really has everything for the most discerning of guests.
The villa has air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom on a pay as you go system. In the garden you have a 3.5 meter satellite dish to receive all your favourite channels, so no going to the local bar to watch all the special events, see them from the comfort of your own villa.
Outside on the lower of the two sun-terraces you have a magnificent jacuzzi, which is discreetly located in the corner for complete privacy. Just to the side of this is the villas heated swimming pool. This is solar heated all year and does have the facility of an electric support system to run in tandem during the cooler months if so requested.
On the very large sun terrace you have a BBQ wooden table and 6 chairs along with 6 sun loungers and a swinging hammock.
As you will see the roof has been surrounded in traditional Spanish balustrade's, to make a completely private roof terrace, which offers the most magnificent views of Fueteventura and the immediate coast line down to the southern most tip of Lanzarote at the light house.

Rates shown are for 4 persons, please add £80 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child.
The pool is solar heated all year and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £60 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required. The jacuzzi is an additional £85 per week.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
This villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50€ per week.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00pm to Thursday 10.00am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A welcome pack consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week, per item. Car hire can arranged, please ask for details.
Please note for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30€ per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
For the very best food in the town we are happy to recommend the La Bocaina restaurant. (Just past the only petrol station in town) You are best to pre book as all food is freshly prepared on request, so make it a lunch or evening to savour. You can pre book direct or ask us for our help. They cater for all special occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries etc....
