About the property
This spacious villa is furnished with an eye for modern taste and is decorated to a very high specification. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms can be made up as either two double bedrooms (king-size beds) and 1 twin room, or as 1 double room and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the master bedroom has air conditioning, along with an ensuite bathroom. The second wash room is actually a shower room, with toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is through a set of salon doors and is very well equipped. Its fitted with real wood units and has plenty of work space for preparation on both sides of the kitchen. The kitchen has the following equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and an abundance of cooking utensils to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs. At the back of the kitchen is an open roofed private Solana, which is perfect for drying clothes.
On exiting the kitchen, you arrive in the lounge. As with the rest of the property, the lounge has a very African theme. The real wood African furniture blends well with the modern appliances. There's a large 32" LCD TV with satellite package, DVD player (DVD's not supplied) a large leather suite and for your listening pleasure an excellent sound system. The villa also boasts unlimited internet connection for an additional charge of 40 euros per week (codes supplied on arrival).
Exiting the lounge, brings you onto the south facing sun terrace, which provides excellent sea views and in particular views of the lighthouse. The terrace has a beautiful stone table which has 6 very comfortable 'sun garden' chairs and BBQ, which is perfect for alfresco dinning and watching the sunset. The sun terrace also over looks the heated pool which has space for sunbathing on the sun loungers.
Villa Graciosa is located in the residential area of Montana Roja, which is just a 10 minute walk form the fabulous beach of Playa Flamingo, which also has an array of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can stroll along the new promenade via the ferries in the old harbour and then onto the centre of Playa Blanca. Once in the centre there are even more restaurants and bars to choose from, including the highly recommended La Bocaina, Restaurant & Lounge Bar.

Rates shown are for 2 persons: Please add £75.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 adults in total.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am though is still the previous guest's holiday.
Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week, per item.
Car hire can arranged, please ask for details.
Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
