The villa is in a quiet location a short walk into the village of Callao Salvaje. It has five bedrooms four of which are en-suite. The kitchen is spacious with oven, hob, mircowave, fridge/frezer, dishwasher etc.
The large lounge/ dining area leads off to balcony with views to the coast. Two bedrooms lead off the ground floor both en-suite. Downstairs we have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom with patio doors leading on to the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and patio doors leading to the pool and bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom has twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
The hall leads to small seating area with large patio doors leading to the pool area. The large heated pool has ample sun beds and sit and lye chairs, gas BBQ, pergola with seating, bar area, childrens secure play area with various toys and wc. The side entrance leads to a games room with pool table, darts board etc leading to gym and bathroom off.

Deposit required £500 per week booking. A £1000 bond is required for groups under 30 years of age.
Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.
The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.
Favourite restaurants in village are Casa Maria or La Romantica. A taxi or car to Adeje to the Chicken Shack at Barranco Inferno for garlic chicken or Damary in the town are a must do.

“Stayed at Villa Augustine beginning of december, had a lovely time. Our party was aged from 11years to 62 years, including teenagers.
villa catered for everyone and was spacious. Chris and Stuart Arnold are lovely friendly people and nothing was too much trouble.
I do agree with the other review, hire a car or try a nine seater, its very reasonable in tenerife.”

“a beautiful villa really enjoyed our stay.Our age group of the nine people that stayed were from 25-67 and we all enjoyed our stay. If we were to go again we would hire a vehicle taxis can be quite expensive.However the villa is highly recomended and was very clean and chris and stuart made us very welcome”

“We stayed here July/August 09 - our party was 8 adults and two children aged 2 & 4, we had an absolutely fantastic time. The villa is even better than it looks on the photo's, the games room and childrens play area were an added bonus and the pool was great. Everything was spotlessly clean and Chris & Stu really have thought of everything, the villa is extremely well equipped. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, we will certainly be going back”
