About Penthouse Chapman
Penthouse Chapman is a lovely 2 bedroom, very tastefully furnished penthouse with super views over the pool and mountains.
2 bed, 2 bath penthouse apartment living area 78.65m2. 1 king size bed, 2 singles, double sofa bed, hydrotherapy bath in en-suite. All bed linen and towels included except beach towels.
Outside terrace 31.5m2, with views of the mountains, two communal pools and the 8th green. Views down the golf course and the Mar Menor. Furniture includes 2 seater settee, 2 chairs and coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and large parasol.
Bosch appliances as follows washing machine including dryer, dishwasher, integrated oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
Fully air-conditioned, central heating.
Communal pool. 32" LG plasma TV with Sky package, movies and Sky Sports. LG DVD player, selection of DVD's films. Stereo radio, cassette and CD player, SD card slot for MP3 music, safe.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida
This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.
La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.
If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

About El Valle golf
Jack Nicklaus golf course with 18 holes, club house with bar and superb lounging area, as well as spacious terraces with super views, Irish bar,with occassional evening entertainment, a la carte restaurant and supermarket. 15 minutes from Murcia airport and 20 minutes drive to the beautiful Mar Menor beaches 5 minutes drive to further facilities of La Torre, or use the courtesy bus during the day.
A gym is available (free for residents). Tennis and Paddle courts (due to open in April 2009).
There is also a courtesy bus that takes you around the Polaris resorts, approx hourly during the day.
