This recently refurbished apartment comprises of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The open plan breakfast bar and kitchen are wll equipped and comfortable and have been designed to cater for all your holiday needs.

The patio doors open out onto a private tiled terrace furnished with patio table, chairs and sunbeds, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is a built-in BBQ for those guests who enjoy alfresco dining.

The complex offers a large communal pool and separate children's splash pool. There is a large terrace and sunbathing area surrounding the pool where you can sit and appreciate the mature, well maintained gardens.

This is a quiet peaceful and spacious complex consisting of 34 one and two bedroom apartments.
Conveniently located ust 5 minutes walk from Playa Flamingo beach and only a short stroll from a supermarket, shops bars and restaurants. The town centre is only a 10 minute stroll along the promenade.

For guests staying longer than one week there will be a weekly clean along with a change of sheet and towels.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
