About the property

A new bungalow type villa with stunning tiled floors throughout. It has 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6/7, an additional guest can sleep on quality folding bed, please ask for details. Stunning fitted pine wardrobes are fitted in all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a superb double bed & it's own en-suite bathroom. The second double room is furnished to the same standard with a large double bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, ideal for the kids! This room also has a plystation 2 inside.

The villa has 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom is an en-suite to the master bedroom with a double sink unit and lovely granite surfaces. A bath, shower, bidet & toilet finish this room off superbly. The family bathroom is the fitted with a shower cubicle and is fitted with a single sink unit.

The kitchen is new and fitted with all the mod cons, everything you require is there & more! A small breakfast bar & stools allows you to enjoy your breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. The lounge is modern & tastefully decorated with a 2 large leather suites. UK Sky television including BBC 1 & ITV, a DVD player & a CD system are there for your use, also provided are some DVD,s & CD,s for all ages.

The villa is totally enclosed in its own grounds to give you excellent privacy and also give you child safety as well, so parents can relax while the kids play!

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

A stroll will get you to everything you will ever need. 12 minutes walk from the main "Biosfere" shopping centre. We provide a cot, high chair & a buggy, to make your stay & travel stress free. Costa Teguise has a lovely golf course, approximately 15 Mins drive away.
