About the property

Villa Tagoro is a fantastic holiday complex on the Costa Adeje. Ideal for private holiday rentals in South Tenerife this complex has it all! From heated pools to air/conditioning in the apartments, Villa Tagoro is an ideal complex for all ages.

Previously this complex was only available through tour operators, however our apartments have been refurbished and are offered on a self catering basis.

We have 9 apartments all on the same block and ideal for family or for groups of friends. All are near the pool these are great for families with children as the pool is just a few seconds away.

Each apartment has a bedroom with large double bed with bedside tables, hairdryer, fitted wardrobes, iron, ironing board and safe. The bathroom has twin sinks with large mirror over full bath with shower over, toilet and bidet.

Living area with settee which can provided extra sleeping for two, armchair, coffee table, sideboard with TV/DVD. The TV currently receives the complex satellite and this receives many English channels.

Kitchen area has fitted units, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking untensils. A dining table and chairs are also provided.

Outside see a balcony or terrace with patio set.

Each apartment has air-conditioning and quality bed linen and towels have been provided.

The complex pools are lovely and free sunbeds are provided. There is a children pool and a childrens play area. The pool is heated during the winter months.

These apartments are spacious and represent great value on a great complex.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

January - December 2008	£295 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Payment terms 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

Families and children welcome.

£100 security deposit (refundable) taken with all bookings.

Owner's Tips...

Villa Tagoro has lots of activities and these include Tennis courts, swimming pools, childrens pool, childrens playground, heated pool, games room.

All inclusive option - a wrist band can be purchased from reception allowing you to eat/drink as much as you require.

The beaches of Torviscas and Fanabe are around a 10-15 minutes walk.

The nearest supermarket on site and the nearest restaurants and other supermarkets are just a 2 minutes walk away.

The road into the Torviscas again has many restaurants and bar and shops. Plenty of choices...

The beaches offer all watersports and sun bed and sun parasols can be hired.

A great area for families wishing for safe beaches along with plenty of things to do.
