Villa Andreamos offers superb 3 bedroomed family accommodation overlooking the golf course at Alhaurin Golf and Country Club. It has full air conditioning, a heated swimming pool, large puropse built BBQ area and plenty of patio areas, some in full sun and some in shade.

The spacious living/dining room has excellent views across the golf course with patio doors leading out onto a furnished terrace. There is satellite TV in the lounge with all the free to air channels. In addition there is a video and music centre with a good selction of video tapes and CDs along with a selection of books. For those who wish to make their own entertainment there is even an upright piano. A computer with broadband internet is situated
in the twin bedroom.

The hallway leads round to the extremely well fitted kitchen which has everything you could possibly want including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, juicer and mixer. Indeed it is hard to imagine that there will be anything you find lacking. A door gives access to a pleasant courtyard with steps leading upto the exceptional swimming pool and BBQ areas.

Villa Andreamos has three good sized bedrooms, 2 double and one twin, one with an en-suite bathroom and one with a balcony with views across the golf course. All bedrooms have plenty of built in cupboard space. There is also a full family bathroom upstairs and a toilet and shower room downstairs. A cot is available at no extra cost along with pram, high chair, papoose and child's car seat. In short everything to make a holiday with your baby more enjoyable.

The swimming pool and BBQ area of this lovely villa add a whole extra dimension to your holiday. The heated pool is L shaped and approx.10 x 5m. It is fully tiled and has Roman steps leading into it. It is surrounded by a good sized patio part of which is covered and has a really excellent BBQ area. This is not only equipped with a gas BBQ but also has a hob, a sink, a drinks cooler and plenty of preparation counters. There is a large patio set for al fresco dining and in addition a toilet and shower room.

About Alhaurin el Grande, Inland Andalucia

Located elegantly upon a hill within the Sierra de Mijas, surrounded by fruitful orchards including oranges and lemons. The "El Grande" part in the name was added to differentiate it from Alhaurin de Torre.

There is a maze of cobbled streets to explore, with restaurants serving local traditional foods that you may not of heard of before. If you visit Alhaurin el Grande at the beginning of the year you can't fail to miss the carnival. However other festivals and celebrations are held throughout the year that includes cheering bulls through the streets, so watch out!

Owner's Tips

Alhaurin Golf is a unique club, in that it has three golf courses - an 18 hole par 72 course designed by Seve Ballesteros, a nine hole par 3 course bordering a beautiful lake, and an 18 hole junior course. The par 72 course is of international quality with challenging holes lush green fairways and greens set amongst pine woods. Situated between Mijas and Coín in the Sierra de Mijas, this course has majestic views of mountains to the north and the Mediterranean to the
south.

The owners of Villa Andreamos have negotiated a 20% discount of all green fees for their guests and a 10% discount in the golf shop.

In addition there are many other superb golf courses in the vicinity for you to try.

The town of Alhaurin el Grande is about 5 minutes away by car and here you will find an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurunts. It is about 25 minutes down to the coast and here of course you have an unlimited choice of cosmopolitan shops, bars and restaurants along with the clean sandy beaches for which the area is world famous. In short then

For the golfer in the family there is the excellent course in addition the large pool and BBQ area gives you the opportunity to entertain in style or just relax in the sun. About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
