About Casa Joel
Casa Joel is set in a residential part of Puerto del Carmen close to all amenities.
The villa is entered through wrought iron gates to the front of the property. The garden has a built-in seating area and barbecue as well as plenty of terracing around the pool for sunbeds and patio furniture.
The house is on two levels with the bedrooms and one bathroom on the lower level and the living accommodation and a further bathroom upstairs. The house is light and airy with an open plan lounge/diner. A door leads from the lounge out to the balcony with a table and chairs and views of the sea. Situated a five minute walk from the main beach road it is an idael family villa for those who wish to be close to all the amenities but away from the noise.
We supply a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and water.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Newly opened Lanzarote Golf is a five minute drive away on the road to Tias.
