About the property

This pretty villa is in an excellent location within walking distance of the centre of the resort of Corralejo. Set in sub-tropical gardens with a private heated swimming pool it is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the wonderful climate of Fuerteventura. The identical neighbouring villa can be rented for larger groups or families wishing to holiday together.

This single storey villa is furnished to a high specification and is well decorated. An entrance hall leads to the spacious living room which has a dining area and patio doors to the poolside terrace. The living room comes equipped with satellite TV and a CD player. There is a separate well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and access to a utility room with a washing machine. Appliances in the kitchen include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and full oven.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom where there is an overhead shower attachment. There are two further bedrooms which share a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has twin beds and the other has a single, sleigh-style bed which has an additional pull-out, full size bed underneath. A safe is also available.

A sunbathing terrace surrounds the private 6 x 3 metre electrically heated swimming pool which is entered by Roman steps. A patio dining table, a traditional Canarian barbecue and colourful sub-tropical plants complete the charming outdoor atmosphere. Steps to the side of the villa lead to a roof terrace which is ideal for private sunbathing.

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. There is also a mid week towel change. A car is not considered essential.

About Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, Corralejo is where it’s at. People come from afar to view the rolling sand dunes and magnificent beaches. Whilst in the town centre there is a large surplus of hotels and restaurants to choose from.

Owner's Tips...

The location is excellent, there is a supermarket and an excellent Italian restaurant within five minutes walking distance. Central Corralejo, the Galera Beach and the start of the sand dune beaches are about a fifteen minute walk. A bus stop is a few minutes walk away from where there is a regular bus service to the sand dunes. In the centre of Corralejo you will find many excellent restaurants, shops and bars.

On Mondays and Fridays there is a local street market where you can buy souvenirs and presents to take home. There is also an activity centre where the children can play on the bouncy castles, trampolines and play mini golf.

From the nearby harbour you can enjoy many excursions that are available, including glass bottom boat, submarine and Catamaran sailing. There is also a regular ferry to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and Lobos.

The new golf course at Caleta de Fuste is a thirty minute drive and in fifteen minutes you could be enjoying dinner overlooking the sea in El Cotillo at one of the charming Canarian fish restaurants.
