About the property

First floor apartment situated near fishing village of La Cala De Mijas. The apartment is in small gated community with shared pools, private gardens and secure underground parking.

The property has two bedrooms, one with king sized bed and the other with up to three single beds. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite. Bed linen is provided as are towels but not beach towels.

The living room has Sky freeview TV. There is also a DVD, video and music system in the living room. There is underground parking available. There are two pools, one for children. The complex is small with only 40 apartments

The village is a 5 minute walk away and the blue flag beach is a further 2 minute walk. Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive. Marbella is a 20 minute drive. Situated next to La Noria nine hole golf course.

About Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol

Not to be confused with Mijas the little village located inland on the Costa del Sol, Mijas Costa is on the coast. Many English people have moved to this area and there are many housing developments that reflect this. With this being the case holiday rentals are extremely popular. The Riviera del Sol Mijas Costa is a real winner with families.

The beach at La Cala is very safe and they offer many watersports including water-skiing and Jet Ski hire. This area is also famous for it’s golf courses, they are some of the best in the world and were designed by top players.
