First floor apartment situated near fishing village of La Cala De Mijas. The apartment is in small gated community with shared pools, private gardens and secure underground parking.
The property has two bedrooms, one with king sized bed and the other with up to three single beds. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite. Bed linen is provided as are towels but not beach towels. Welcome pack can be provided at an extra cost and can be confirmed on booking.
The living room has Sky freeview TV. There is also a DVD, video and music system in the living room. There is underground parking available. There are two pools, one for children. The complex is small with only 40 apartments
The village is a 5 minute walk away and the blue flag beach is a further 2 minute walk. Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive. Marbella is a 20 minute drive. Situated next to La Noria nine hole golf course. The bus service from the village will bring you to Marbella and Fuengirola. There is train connection in Fuengirola to Malaga

Not to be confused with Mijas the little village located inland on the Costa del Sol, Mijas Costa is on the coast. Many English people have moved to this area and there are many housing developments that reflect this. With this being the case holiday rentals are extremely popular. The Riviera del Sol Mijas Costa is a real winner with families.
The beach at La Cala is very safe and they offer many watersports including water-skiing and Jet Ski hire. This area is also famous for it’s golf courses, they are some of the best in the world and were designed by top players.
La Cala has many restaurants and bars. There is a market beside the apartment on Saturday and Wednesday morning. Water parks are 15 min drive. Malbella is a 20 Min drive but bus from the village is also available.

“Noriazul had just about everything you could possibly need in a self catering apartment, due to some pretty awful weather during the stay we certainly used the comprehensive games , books and tv.
It was very clean and comfortable and had very nice furniture and fittings,better than some hotels!
The kitchen was very well equipped and used everyday, and the owner had arranged milk and bread to be there on our late arrival....also a bottle of Cava to celebrate Christmas!! Cheers
Noriazul is no more than 5 minutes walk to La Cala Centre and bus stops to Fuengirola for further transport to other places..we took the train to Malaga and Torremolinos....and Buses to Marbella.
Nine hole golf course right outside, too wet for us at the time...but the apartment is in a good location to get to any one of the courses in the area.
Would recommend Noriazul for winter or summer break or anytime”
