About the property
Quality accommodation in the Old Town area of Puerto Del Carmen, Agua Brava is a small complex set within well-maintained gardens surrounding a swimming pool and sun bathing terrace.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, with twin beds, bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen with polished granite work surfaces, electric hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. There is a large pine dining table and chairs. The open plan living area has two sofas and a video player with an extensive selection of tapes. French doors open to the shaded terrace with patio dining furniture.
The large swimming pool with sun loungers is a few yards from the apartment's patio. Being at the end of the row, this apartment has a nice secluded location within the garden / complex. There is direct access to the roadway from the apartment's front door.
The apartment benefits of a "double bed" in main room. Apartment is beside bus terminal, atm and phone booth.

The prices are for the apartment per week (7 nights) not per person. Inclusive of linen and towels. An additional child can be accommodated when using a folding bed in one of the bedrooms ( £20 per week supplement). A baby can be accommodated at no extra charge if you are bringing a travel cot. A cot can be hired from us at £20 per week.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
