About the property

Situated minutes from the El Veril/El Duque beach, this one bed apartment is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. Located next to the gorgeous pool, this complex is private and quiet.

The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall leading to large living area with two settees. TV unit with flat screen TV. Currently there are BBC and ITV channels. Sideboard unit, side table and dining table and chairs.

The kitchen is fitted with all crockery, glasses, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer. There is a utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bedroom has a double bed with dressing table and a portable TV is provided. There is a separate walkin wardrobe with chest of drawers and hanging spaces. The bathroom is fully tile and has a bidet, toilet, sink, bath with shower over. All bed linen/towels are provided.

The balcony has lovely views over the to the sea and there is a patio set, two relaxer chairs and two sunloungers provided. Sun awnings are provided on the patio doors from the living room and the patio doors from the bedroom.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

January - December 2008	£370 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

25% deposit with balance 8 weeks before arrival. If booking less than eight weeks then full balance due. A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with all bookings.

Payment terms, 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted. Credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

Owner's Tips...

All normal watersports from the Las Americas beach.
The El Duque / El Beril beach has luxury sun beds to hire (very reasonable). There are some lovely restaurants along this beach front along with fish restuarants in La Caleta.

There is a new Duque Plaza shopping center which has lovely shops/boutiques and restaurants. All within a walking distance.
