About the property

Situated in Torviscas, the Orlando Complex is just a few minutes walk away from the lovely beaches at Torviscas and Fanabe. Close to all amenities, this apartment is ideal for those looking to be in a friendly complex with swimming pools.

Entrance leads to the bedroom with twin beds, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Bathroom with full bath and shower over, sink with mirror over. All linen and towels are provided. 10 days stay or more receive a linen-towel change.

Living area with two settees which provide extra sleeping. Coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs and TV DVD.

Kitchen area with microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses, kitchen utensils, and two ring hob.

Balcony with patio set, umbrella, the balcony receives a lot of sun so can get hot! Complex pools with sunloungers.

Please note the following important information Orlando used to be a tour operator complex, however now all apartments are privately owned. Therefore the complex can be very quiet at times. There are no childrens clubs, pool bar, or entertainment.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

Torviscas has been a firm favourite with holidaymakers for the past few years. Situated beside the Torviscas beach which runs into the Fañabe beach. These beaches are kept very clean whilst been children friendly.

There are many watersports from pedalos to jet skis. Along the long promenade are the countless restaurants and boutiques. If you love chicken then Othellos is the place to go. We can reccommend this restaurant as the chicken (they only do chicken so dont ask for steak) is the best in the south.

Torviscas is nestled nicely inbetween Fañabe and San Eugenio. In San Eugenio one has the lovely shopping centre which has the famous Mango Clothes Outlet, great prices for clothes and shoes, so make sure you come with an empty suit case. This is good for stocking up on winter jumpers and coats! On the other side you have Fañabe which leads onto the El Duque Area, again only a short walk away but fabulous designer boutiques along with quality restaurants.

Remember the famour Puerto Colon Harbour is only a 10 minutes walk away! So ideal for having a drink and watching the sunset go down behind La Gomera.
