Lovely ground floor two bedded apartment, situated in this lovely complex. Centrally located with beach and shops all within a 4 minutes walk.

Paraiso Royale is close to the Tenerife Sol Hotel and is located on the ´flat´area of Las Americas.

The outstanding feature of this apartment is the terrace. We think it has to be one of the largest in Tenerife! If you love the sun and want to sunbathe all day then this apartment is for you.

Entrance leads to kitchen area which has an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, all crockey and kitchen utensils are provided.

Spacious living room with two sofas, TV with DVD and video and music centre.

Twin bedroom with twin beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table. Double bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Patio doors lead on the huge terrace. Bathroom with large shower cubicle (spacious for 2) vanity unith with sink and wc.

The terrace has a shaded area with a patio table and chairs. Four sunloungers are provided on this amazing spacious terrace.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.
