Situated in central Las Americas, this apartment is ideal for those looking for all amentities/beach within a short walking distance. Paraiso Royale is close the Tenerife Sol Hotel and the nearest beach is about a 4 minutes walk.

The complex attracts families and couples and makes an ideal base to just chill out and relax but having the convenience of great shops and restaurants close by.

Entrance leads to shower room with large shower cubicle (large enough for 2) sink with vanity unit and wc.

Bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 has double bed with patio doors, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

The sea is a four minutes walk with all the normal activities that Las Amercias Beaches have. Restaurants and shops are on hand.

The Safari centre has some of the great boutiques ranging from Prada to Gucci.

Tony Roma´s is just a 10 minutes walk away and local pubs serving good food are close by.
