Villa Luz is a detached and spacious country villa offering versatile accommodation of a very high quality.
The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with spacious living accommodation. To offer maximum flexibility for holiday rental, the villa can be separated into two units (separated by adjoining doors) - 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, each unit having its own dining room, lounge and kitchen. The villa is offered for rental as a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom "all villa" option or, for smaller groups, a lower priced option with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The 4 bedroomed rental option internal accommodation. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 lounge, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen. The remaining accommodation is not rented to another party, you have the property exclusively.
The 5 bedroomed rental option internal accommodation. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 2 dining rooms, 2 kitchens. This option is perfect for 2 families holidaying together who would like their own living and sleeping space.
The gated and level gardens of Villa Luz are very large with a wooded area at the front and driveway from where the main villa front door is accessed. There is a large terrace at the front of the property, a further large terrace at the back of the villa which overlooks the pool area. Steps lead down from here to the 12 x 6 metre pool, spacious sun terraces, gazebo, poolside kitchen/diner/bar.
All bedrooms have wardrobes, storage and bedside tables. Bedroom 1 with double bed, air-conditioning, en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, air-conditioning. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, air-conditioning. Bedroom 4 with twin beds, en-suite shower room, doors to terrace. Bedroom 5 with twin beds, en-suite bathroom. For the lower priced 4 bedroomed option, Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 are included.

The villa has two inside kitchens; both are modern, spacious and well-equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave oven, dishwasher. The poolside summer kitchen is spacious with sink, food preparation area, table/chairs, washing machine, hifi, wc.
The property has two lounges with sofa seating for 9 persons in total. The larger lounge has air-conditioning and a fireplace with woodburner. Each lounge has a TV showing UK channels of BBC, ITV, C4, C5 plus Sky freeview channels, DVD unit, video unit. The villa has two dining rooms with table and chairs for 6 and 4 respectively.
Villa Luz has superior outside amenities set in landscaped gardens. The pool terrace is walled, gated, child-friendly. Several outside seating areas at front and rear of villa, both with sun and shade. Elevated large terrace overlooks pool. Gazebo with dining table/chairs, further dining table/chairs, sunloungers poolside, childs play area. Gas and charcoal BBQs. Poolside shower/wc. Very large 12 x 6 metre pool with roman steps, underwater pool lighting, graduated depth to 2 metres.

Rental rates are for a 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom rental option. Please note that if you rent the 4 bedroom option, you have the property exclusively and the remaining accommodation is not rented to another group!
The rental prices include a full clean before your arrival, linen/towels are provided. Bookings of 2 weeks plus have a linen change and villa clean after 7 days.
A basic welcome pack is provided. Owners will meet you on arrival and are on hand to advise/recommend places to visit, restaurants, local information. A pre-arrival shopping service is available.
A security damages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of your departure, once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.

Villa Luz is situated a few minutes walk from the small village of Santa Eulalia, and between the towns of Sax and Villena, approximately 40 minutes drive inland of Alicante and beaches. The villa stands on its own along a country lane just outside the village and is completely individual, probably belonging to a wealthy Spanish vineyard owner or merchant in days gone by. The owners, who live in an apartment on the upper floor of the villa, are available if you require any help or advice during your stay about places to visit, eat, shop. Please note that they do not use the pool, terraces or gardens whilst guests are staying. The area is very typical of this agricultural region - country restaurants, wineries, market towns. Although English is not widely spoken, everyone is exceedingly welcoming and helpful in shops, bars and restaurants. This is a peaceful area in lovely countryside with mountain views at every turn, perfect for relaxation yet in easy reach of coastal resorts.
There are several recommended restaurants within walking distance of Villa Luz and further afield at Villena and Sax - less than 10 minutes drive. Two of the nearest restaurants are high-quality offering traditionally Spanish a la carte dinner in superb surroundings. The nearest shops are at Sax and Villena plus a large Carrefour hypermarket at Petrer (10 minutes drive). Horse-riding is available locally, scuba diving can be arranged, quad biking at Castalla (15 minutes drive).
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
