About the property

This privately owned apartment is very well maintained and provides lovely accommodation for a couple or a small family.

Situated in the El Marques Palace, not to be confused with the El Marques, this complex is very well looked after with a great pool area. Guests staying here can use the facilites of the El Marques, which is just across the road.

The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and receives the complex satellite which has many English channels.

The apartment comprises¨of an entrance hall, bathroom with full bath and shower over, sink with mirror over. Bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, TV on wall. Patio doors leading to the balcony.

The kitchen has ample units along with a washing machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, hob, oven, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils.

The living area is spacious and is very bright and sunny. A dining table and chairs, two settees, coffee table, sideboard with CD-radio.

The balcony is gorgeous and receives a lot of sun. Sun loungers and a patio set are provided along with sun canopys.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

A 100.00 refundable security deposit is taken with every booking. We accept credit-debit card or direct bank transfer to UK account. 25% deposit to confirm booking then balance 8 weeks before arrival.

About Los Gigantes, Tenerife

The sheer cliffs of “The Giants” attract scores of visitors every year and the views are some of the most spectacular on the island. This area remains one of the few calmer holiday destinations, which is quite rare on Tenerife. However the town of Puerto de Santiago, which lies South of Los Gigantes is more developed and relies heavily upon tourism.

Owner's Tips...

Los Gigantes is a lovely and full of atmopshere holiday area. The quaint streets have lots of little shops and boutiques and cafes.

The harbour is great and its worth a look at the large fish swimming here. They are protected so they can grow big!

Puerto Santiago is the next area along the coast and the beaches here are nice. Sometimes very windy which is great to see the waves hitting the rocks!

There are ample restaurants and shops and supermarkets. The nearest supermarket is just across the road and provides a wide range of food.
