About the property

Chipeque is a small complex situated opposite The Paradise Park Hotel and next to The Beverly Hills Club.

All apartments are now privately owned, it used to be a tour operator complex. The complex has around 70 apartments and is low rising have just a ground floor and first floor. This apartment is first floor overlooking the pool.

Its has been decorated and furnished to a comfortable standard and provides a good base for a relaxing holiday.

The kitchen has a two ring halogen hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, utensils. There is a breakfast bar with two stools.

The bathroom has been reformed and has a white suite with shower over bath.

The living area has settee, coffee table, unit with TV-DVD. Currently the TV receives the complex satelitte which includes two movies channels, Sky News, a music channel. A music system is also provided.

A hairdryer and safe and iron-ironing board area also provided.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

We accept couples only. No single sex bookings.

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with every booking and returned within 7 days of departure.

Payment terms, 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted. Credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

Owner's Tips...

There are 2 supermarkets and 6 restaurants nearby as well as a taxi rank, bus depot and pick-up point for island tours. It's a quiet area but the main resort is just a short walk away. There are many activities available within a reasonable distance including golf, aquapark, watersports and nightlife. Playa de las Americas, with its vibrant nightlife is not too far away and we would strongly recommend you visit the beautiful beach/harbour area of Puerto Colon which is just a short taxi ride away.

The new Passaralla Centre is just a stones throw and within this vincinity one has a Spar, lots of restaurants from Mexican through to Italian. This area has seen a lot of changes for the better with quality eating places and coffee bars all at reasonable prices.
