About the property

The bungalow is very comfortably furnished to a lovely standard.

There is a lovely front terrace of the bedroom with a patio set, great for morning sun breakfast. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes and fitted drawers. A hairdryer is provided. The bathroom is spacious with a corner jacuzzi shower, full size bath, sink with mirror over. The cloakroom has a wc and sink with mirror over.

A safe is installed for your use.

The kitchen has range of fitted units, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, crockery, glasses, kitchen utensils. There is a breakfast bar with stools. An iron-ironing board is provided.

The living area has a settee (metal action sofa bed), armchair, TV unit which holds the TV-DVD. Currently the TV receives the community satellite. A nest of three coffee tables compliments the room. The large patio doors lead onto the terrace and there is a lovely patio table-chairs and sunloungers. Some of the terrace is shaded and some gets full sun. There is a small roof terrace and this gets very hot.

A gate from the terrace leads onto the complex gardens and the complex pool bar and one of the three pools is just a 2 minutes walk away.

The bungalow is fully double glazed and this does reduce the aircraft noise which is normal on the golf.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

January - December 2008	£250 per week for up to 4 guests (Plus £25 per additional guest)

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with all bookings.

Payment terms, 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

About Golf del Sur, Tenerife

Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.

Owner's Tips...

The Palms has seen some major changes over the past few years. Once a timeshare complex now the bungalows are privately owned. The complex has various pools with sunloungers and there is a lovely pool bar/club house serving drinks and snacks.

Close by within a two minutes walk is a small supermarket and a walk into the centre of the Golf brings you to the restaurants, bars and shops. With out doubt the famous landmark is the golf course, as you drive into the Golf del Sur then one sees the beautiful kept greens of the course.
