About Casa Mourisca
Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in situ on the stunning El Valle Golf Resort. Lovely private pool and eating area, very spacious for you to enjoy the Spanish summer days and evenings.
The villa is fully air-conditioned for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
There is 1 large double bedroom with the ensuite having a beautiful double vanity unit, jacuzzi bath and shower (this bedroom has two single beds that can be zipped together). 2 spacious twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. All bed linen and towels included except beach towels.
Fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances throughout: American style fridge freezer with ice-maker, integrated oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
Beautiful large high ceilinged lounge and dining area with dining table and six chairs together with sofas and chairs. Satellite and SKY TV with over 50 channels together with DVD recorder and hi-fi system.
Outside sees a covered eating area with BBQ, dining table and six chairs. Private pool with four sun loungers. Shaded pergola with outside three piece suite.

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all.
San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive.
Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive.
Murcia City is 15 min drive.
Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.

“It was a perfect vacation we had at the Mourisca. We enjoyed the house and pool 100%. Incredible easy to book, find, open and leave. We had no problems what so ever. Next time we will probably look for a house closer to a city. The golf course is fantastic! Thanks again.”
