About the property

This two bedroom villas enjoy an excellent position close to the beach and all amenities. Enclosed by volcanic walled gardens, the south-facing patio is well provided with garden furniture and sun loungers. The pool, which will be heated during the winter months, is of a very generous size and has roman steps for easy entry.

The accommodation consists of two spacious twin/double bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms, one en-suite. A comfortable lounge/dining area leads to double doors by the pool and patio opening up the villa so as to enjoy the weather and BBQ to the full.

An open plan fully fitted electric kitchen inclusive of oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board completes the facilities. Satellite TV is also provided.

We have several villas in next to each other for larger groups. These 2 bedroom villas have been finished to the same standard as our 3 bedroom villas, which have been highly praised for their excellent quality and attention to detail. In close proximity to each other, these are ideal for accommodating larger groups by combining two and four bedroom villas.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

Puerto del Carmen is a combination of traditional and modern. Originally a quaint fishing harbour and village, the town has developed into a very attractive modern resort along the south facing bays of the Los Fariones, Pocillos and Matagorda beaches. As with the rest of Lanzarote, great care has been taken in planning the architecture and landscape. The result is a beautiful promenade stretching the length of the three bays lined with palm trees and the colourful tropical flowers are a main feature.

The beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue water are ideal for sunbathing and swimming all year round. Puerto del Carmen is highly recommended as safe and suitable for young and old alike. The protected southerly situation shelters it from the prevailing winds on the North and East side of the island. The old fishing village has retained the harbour atmosphere and is an excellent place to sample the local fish restaurants and local shops which are only a short distance from all our properties. When the sun goes down, the beachfront livens up and there is a great selection of good quality restaurants, bars and discos later on.
