About the property

This lovely two bedroom penthouse has been completely reformed and provides very comfortable accommodation in this lovely complex. Ideal for couples or a family looking for a central location and very close the beach!

Entrance brings you to the kitchen area. This has a hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery, glasses and utensils. There is a circular dining table and four chairs.

The living area has two lovely comfy settes along with a coffee table and TV-DVD. Currently the complex receives some English Channels.

Patio doors lead onto the the balcony and there is a patio set provided here. Views of the sea and the mountains are from here. P lease note that due to the location (close to some restaurants) some noise could be heard until the closing time.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The bathroom has a full bath with shower over and toilet and sink with mirror over. The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and wardrobe.

The duplex has been furnished to a lovely standard and is very bright and airy. A uncluttered feel gives one the sense of a relaxing environment to chill out and unwind.

The complex is very very popular as the beach is just a 2 minutes walk away. We accept couples or a family group.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

January - December 2008	£360 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

A £100 deposit is taken with all bookings. 25% deposit to confirm booking then balance due 8 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks away then full balance due.

Payment terms, 25% deposit-, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960's and Playa de las Americas is now brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers and can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you are looking for an easy holiday with lots of entertainment on hand, Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

Ample restaurants and shops all within a easy flat walking distance. Walk to the Safari centre and you will find lovely shops such as Prada and Gucci.

Again wonderful restaurants (too many too choose from)! From Italian - Chinese - Mexican. Montanas a lovely restuarant on the front of the complex serves a great breakfast including drink for 2.75 euros!!!

The sea is just a stroll away and on the beachs along this coastline one can hire pedalos -

The complex has a lovely pool and childrens section. Sunbeds can be hired per day. There also is a lovely pool bar serving drinks-snacks and even a happy hour!
