About the property

Situated in this popular complex in Los Cristianos. The apartment is very spacious and has the benefit of two bathrooms. The balcony is very large and boasts sun most of the day. The pool is just a few seconds walk away, ideal for a cool down! This apartment is ideal for those looking to chill out and relax.

Entrance leads to the hallway and into the living area.

The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, microwave, crockery and glasses and utensils.

The living are has two settees, a whicker chair, TV-DVD, which currently receives many UK Channels such as BBC. Ceiling fan, coffee table. The patio doors lead onto a huge balcony with four sunloungers, patio set with chairs and sun awnings. It gets very hot here so do take care.

The master bedroom has patio doors onto the balcony, ceiling fan, double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and portable TV. An en-suite walk in shower is attached with sink and mirror over. The twin bedroom has twin beds and a 3rd cama bed. Fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and ceiling fan.

An iron-ironing board is provided along with two hairdryers, and safe.

The apartment is very comfortable and the pool is just a few seconds walk away. This is heated during the winter months. Sunloungers are provided here.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with every booking.

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

Owner's Tips...

Beaches - One has two choices in Los Cristianos - The harbour bay beach is very safe for children and sunbeds and parasols are available with many resturants and cafes along here.

The Las Vistas beaches are lovely and would suit those looking for a more strong wave. So families with small children are safer on the other beach. Again restaurants overlooking this beach are just great and there are such a variety, well worth a visit.

The area near Port Royale has seen major transformation in the last two years. At the bottom of the hill there is the new Passaralla Shopping centre and near this are the lovely new restaurants and bars of El Mirador Area. One really has a choice and Taylors Lounge Bar is just great for an upmarket cocktail or glass of wine either before or after your evening out.

One has ample choices of supermarkets including a Spar.

A taxi rank is close by, a 3 minute walk and for those who dont like walking up the hill then taxis are very reasonable and from the centre of Los Cristianos then a taxi will cost around 4 euros!

Los Cristianos has been undergoing a major renovation of streets and roads and one last stretch is being completed (July 2007). The new Church Square is lovely and ideal for just sitting and watching the world go by.

Los Cristianos has grown but the lovely little side streets with great shops and small local cafes still remain and the area is still great for couples and families looking for a friendly and relaxing holiday.
