About the property

This comfortable one bedroom apartment is situated in El Mirador, one of the newest complexes in Los Cristianos.

With a balcony and a private terrace, ideal for those loving the sun.

The apartment comprises of entrance into living-kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units. A kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, oven, fridge, freezer and crockery and glasses and untensils are provided. There is an utility cupboard which hosts the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The shower room is fully tiled and there is a shower, toilet, sink with mirror over. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. Patio doors lead onto the balcony.

The living area has large settee, which provides extra sleeping, whicker chair, TV-DVD, currently the complex receives some UK English Channels BBC ITV. Patio doors lead onto the balcony.

The balcony is spacious with a patio set and umbrella. Off here is the spiral staircase which leads to your own private roof terrace. Sunloungers with pads are provided here.

The complex has two pools and the nearest one is a 15 seconds walk away. The second pool area is a 2 minutes walk and near here is the pool-sports bar. The complex is a private complex and is ideal for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing time.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

January - December 2008	£260 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £25 per additional guest)

We accept couples or families only.

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with all bookings. 25% of balance is due to confirm booking. Balance then due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks then full balance due.

We accept credit, debit cards or direct bank transfer to UK account.

Extra 3rd & 4th person - suitable for children only

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

Owner's Tips...

This penthouse is located in the sunny resort of Los Cristianos. There are 2 supermarkets and lots of restaurants nearby as well as a taxi rank, bus depot and pick-up point for island tours.

It's a quiet area but the main resort is just a short walk away. There are many activities available within a reasonable distance including golf, aquapark, watersports and nightlife.

Playa de las Americas with its vibrant nightlife is not too far away and we would strongly recommend you visit the beautiful beach/harbour area of Puerto Colon which is just a short taxi ride away.
