About the property

Fantastic views of Los Cristianos, the sea and harbour from this great two bed penthouse. Quiet complex with lovely pool ideal for a family group or couples looking to relax.

Situated in the farthest corner of Los Cristianos, Parque Tropical is a private complex which offers a high standard of accommodation. The nearest beach is just within a 5 minutes walk and currently its not a very touristy beach.. quite rural with local fishermen trying their luck on the rocks.

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with wc/cloakroom.

Fitted separate kitchen with a range of units. Built-in fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, ample range of crockery, glasses, kitchen utensils. An iron & ironing board is provided.

The living room is very spacious and provides ample seating area. Two settees, one which is a sofa bed /metal action, coffee table, TV and DVD. Patio doors lead onto the balcony with a patio set and chairs. The dining area has a lovely circular table with four chairs and a lovely sidboard. Patio doors lead onto a small viewing balcony.

Upstairs is the door to the huge roof terrace. Sunloungers with pads are provided and an umbrella with stand. The views are just lovely and it does get very very hot here so beware!!!

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, sink and mirror over. A double bed and bedside tables and chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes are provided. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom. A safe is installed. The bathroom is very big. A full size bath with shower over, sink with mirror and toilet and bidet. All bedding is provided along with inhouse towels.

The penthouse is furnished to a nice standard and provides spacious accommodation for a family group.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

January - December 2008	£495 per week for up to 4 guests (Plus £25 per additional guest)

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with all bookings. 25% of balance to confirm booking the final balance due 8 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks away then full amount due.

Payment terms 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

We are flexible on changeover days however Sunday arrivals will incur a supplment. Please enquire for further details.

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

Owner's Tips...

Los Cristianos has numerous attractions. The lovely two beaches are very clean and in the middle of them is the harbour. Sunloungers and parasols are available for hire on the beach.

The Church square has just been renovated and provides a lovely area just to sit and people watch.

Numerous restaurants, one is spoilt for choice, ranging from English to French to Indian cuisine.
