About the property

Lovely appointed and spacious apartment in this lovely complex.

Marble flooring throughout and with all modern conveniences, this apartment is ideal for couples looking to unwind and relax.

The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bedside table with lamp, and hairdryer. The shower room is fully tiled and in here is a shower, toilet and sink with mirror over.

The living room is unlcuttered and spacious and there is sofa (bed settee), one wicker chair, TV-DVD. Currently the complex receives BBC and ITV. The balcony which leads from the living room has beautiful views over the pool and the sea-Los Cristianos.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a hob-oven-kettle-toaster-microwave-crockery-glasses and kitchen utensils.

A patio set is provided.

A safe is provided in the apartment.

The complex pools are heated from November - April

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with every booking.

Payment terms, 25% deposit-, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

Owner's Tips...

Very close to the Complex are local bars and many restaurants, souvenir shops and a variety of other shops. We recommend "Golden Resources" a Chinese and Thai Restaurant which is near by.

The beach is a 15 minutes walk from the apartment and there you will find watersports, boat trips and fishing voyages.
