The terrace offers the most wonderful panoramic views of the Mijas mountains and down to the coast beyond, this is a wonderful space to enjoy the BBQ. Patio furniture is also provided for your comfort.
There are 2 bedrooms with one en-suite with whirl pool jacuzzi bath and the 2nd with walk in power shower & marble work tops throughout.
The apartment has Sky TV in the lounge area and there is a 3 seater leather sleeper sofa and 2 seater. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances and there is a washer dryer in the utility room.
There is private underground parking for one car and lift access to the apartment. A safe is also provided.
El Soto de Marbella is 8 minutes from the coast and boasts a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, communal pools, club house with restaurant/bar and high speed internet access, children's play area, and 25 minutes from Malaga airport. Nearby, Elviria has shops, restaurants, banks and is 15 minutes to Puerto Banus.

Long sandy beaches stretch along the western Costa del Sol, and there are over 46 golf courses in the region which is also known as the Costa del Golf!
Las Lomas is world class, a luxury hilltop village located just 15 minutes from Marbella El Soto de Marbella is unique on the Costa del Sol, in that it offers a haven of peace and tranquillity, surrounded by forests of cork and oak, and offering amazing coastal views from its privileged position.
Within just a few minutes drive towards the sea, you can reach the superb sandy beaches, and lively shops, bars and restaurants of Elviria. Elviria offers a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets,and other amenities, and is home to the world famous Nikki beach, part of the well known Don Carlos hotel.
Puerto Banus is 15 minutes from the apartment, and great shopping centres such as La Canada & El Corte Ingles are close by.
