About the property

Parque Santiago is probably has probably one of the best locations in the south of Tenerife. Situated next to the beach-sea, this complex is well equipped with its three pools, one heated during winter months, ample restaurants and cafes on site.

The penthouse is very well equipped and offers discerning holidaymakers relaxing accommodation with probably one of the best spots to sip a glass of wine and watch the sunsets!

Entrance leads to a hallway with stairs up to top floor. Kitchen which is well equipped with hob, oven, kettle, toaster, two fridges, ample crockery and kitchen utensils. There is a dining table and chairs and two settess.

A plasma TV which receives the many English speaking channels from the complex satellite is also located here. A coffee table and side tables and a dresser unit which hosts the many books here for you to peruse. Patio doors lead onto the huge long balcony which really is lovely, the pictures do not do it justice. Here are sunloungers, patio table and chairs, sunawning and the views are just fanstastic. One can see the sea, the pools, La Gomera.

An internet USB device can be provided for Laptop users. Please enquire for further details.

On this level is a bedroom with twin beds, patio doors onto the balcony and fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table. A bathroom with full bath and shower over is located on this level.

Upstairs. Bedroom with twin beds, wardrobes, and bedside table. Bathroom with bath and shower over and sink with mirror. A safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are in the penthouse.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

January - December 2008	£660 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Sunbed pool passes are included.

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with every booking.

Payment terms 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

Monday to Saturday changeover days however we will accept a Sunday booking but extra supplement is required. Please enquire for further details.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

The Safari centre just across the road from Parque Santiago 3 has some lovely restaurants.. Bianco's and the Thai are just a couple we recommend.

Shops, wow where do we start, from designer shops to Zara to Mango bring your credit cards!

There are lots of sporting activities on the beaches around the complex from pedalo hire to banana boats.

For those who do wish to venture out then we reccommend you go on an Island Tour, Tenerife is such a pretty island with contrast scenery. Visit Teide and the spectacular views it offers. A must is Puerta de La Cruz and Loro Parque where one can see the Orcas in a lovely environment.
