About the property

Lovely spacious ground floor apartment just a few seconds away from the pool. Ideal for families or those with walking difficulities. Dinastia is proving to be a firm favourite with discerning holidaymakers as the apartments are well equipped and with marble floors give a hint of luxury.

The apartment comprises of an entrance to utility cupboard with washing machine. Spacious living room with two comfy leather sofas, coffee table, sidboard with TV-DVD. Currently the complex satellite receives BBC and ITV.

The kitchen is well equipped with full oven, four ring halogen hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and full range of crockery and utensils.

Patio doors lead onto the first terrace and this has a patio table and chairs. The second terrace receives the sun and there are two relaxer chairs here. A small gate leads you onto the complex garden-terrace area where this takes you straight to the pool.

The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside table and lamps. A chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes are located here. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with a corner bath and shower, sink with mirror over and wc and bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a hairdryer. The shower room has a shower cubicle and sink and wc.

The apartment has shutters on the windows. A safe and fans are available in the apartment for your use.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with every booking. 25% deposit to confirm booking with balance due 8 weeks before arrival. If less than 8 weeks then full balance due.

Payment terms, 25% deposit-, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

Owner's Tips...

This apartment is located in the sunny resort of Los Cristianos. There are 2 supermarkets and 6 restaurants nearby as well as a taxi rank, bus depot and pick-up point for island tours.

It's a quiet area but the main resort is just a short walk away. There are many activities available within a reasonable distance including golf, aquapark, watersports and nightlife.

The new Passaralla shopping centre is just a stroll away and offers a great chinese restaurant. A Spar supermarket is located here. However there is a good supermarket just across the road from the apartment.

For those who need the internet there is a money exchange just across the road and if offers WIFI and internet access.

If you want to see the island then you must go to Teide and Garachico and Puerta de la Cruz...great places with things to see and do and a little bit of culture on your holiday will prove that Tenerife has a variety of things on offer.
