About the property
Luxuriously appointed penthouse within this great complex. Dinastia is one of the newer complexes in Los Cristianos, situated next to The Paradise Park Hotel.
This area has seen great changes over the last two years with new restaurants and shops opening in the Passaralla shopping centre and in the El Mirador Locals. Quality restaurants with lovely wine bars.
The penthouse has been furnished to a high standard and is very spacious and gives a feeling of space and unclutternesss.
The penthouse is a duplex and comprises an entrance with hallways with washing machine cupboards. A full length mirror is located here!
Shower room with shower cubicle, sink with mirror over and toilet and bidet. Bedroom one with twin beds, air-con-heating, ceiling fan, ample fitted wardrobes, safe, hairdryer, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp. The penthouse has nice bed linen and quality large towels.
The living area is spacious and has two settees, one is metal action sofa bed. Coffee table, sideboard with lamp, TV and DVD. Currently the complex receives BBC and ITV. Air-con-heating is installed in the living room. There are two freestanding fans in the apartment.
The kitchen area is fully fitted and there is a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The kitchen has a full oven, hob (four ring halogen) kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, all crockery and kitchen utensils.
Stairs from the living room lead to a hallway area. A fridge is here along with a kettle.
There is dressing area with wardrobes and the en-suite is off here. The en-suite has a corner bath with shower over, toilet, sink with mirror.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. A chest of drawers along with a mirror is in here. A balcony leads off here with two sunloungers along with quality sunpads and a manual sunawning. Air-con-heating is installed in this room. A hairdryer is also in here.
The penthouse is situated in G Block and this block has some of the best views in the complex. Overlooking the pool then in the distance you can see Los Cristianos, the sea and La Gomera. Swing your head around and you see the mountains.
The balcony off the living room is very spacious and boasts an electric sunawning, patio set with six chairs and two sunloungers with quality sunpads.
The complex has a lovely pool and a pool for children, not heated at the moment. Sunloungers can be hired for the day along with sunpads. There is a pool bar and this serves good food (try the breakfast yummy) and drinks and closes early evening.
For those who need internet, just across the road there is a Money Exchange and you go on internet or use your laptop on WIFI (very cheap).

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife
A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.
Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.
Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.
Owner's Tips...
The Passaralla shopping centre is where the supermarket Spar is located, however there is a good supermarket just across the road from Dinastia.
Also located here is our favourite Chinese... Golden Resources.. great menu and they do Thai.
Further down the road you have the lovely bars including Taylors Lounge... very chic.
Then into Los Cristianos and you have lots and lots of restaurants and bars to choose from.
One of our favourite restaurants has just opened up in the Appollo Centre and is called Kiki Riki..if you like roast chicken then this is the place to go... they roast their chickens in their secret recipe and they are gorgeous.
