About the property

Sunset Bay is a great complex situated just a five minutes walk to the lovely beaches of Torviscas and Fanabe.

Maintained to a high standard Sunset Bay has two lovely pools with sunloungers, ideal for those who love to sunbathe. There are many small cafes and restaurants around the complex which provide a variety of drinks and foods to choose from.

The penthhouse has been refurbished to a lovely standard with new tile and new bathrooms throughout.

The living area is very spacious and light and airy and has two sets of patio doors. In here there is a dining table/chairs and a TV/DVD. The TV receives the complex satellite which does receive English speaking channels. BBC1 - BBC2 - ITV - CNN - Eurosports Live - BBC News 24. There are two comfy chairs along with a settee.

The kitchen area is fitted including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and all crockery and kitchen utensils.

The master bedroom has twin beds, bedside table and fitted wardrobes. An en-suite bathroom with shower over and mirror over sink compliments this bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table and fitted wardrobes. There is a shower room with wc and fully tiled shower.

There are two balconies off the living area. Balcony one is a normal size however balcony two is a very large L shaped terrace with sunloungers and a patio table/chairs and sun umbrella. It gets very hot here and for sun lovers its ideal. This is really a great feature of the penthouse as you can see one of the pools from here.

For a family group or couples looking for quality accommodation within a good complex and close to all amenities then Sunset Bay is for you.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

We are flexible on changeover days.

A £100 refundable security deposit is taken with all bookings.

Payment terms, 25% deposit-, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

Owner's Tips...

El Faro is the new nightspot just a 5 minutes walk away. Its a lovely chillout bar with opening hours one hour before the sunset. The sunset from here is beautiful.

There are lots of restaurants all within a 10 minute radius (walking). Puerto Colon with its lovely harbour is close by and so is Harley Bar the American Themed Diner.

The new El Duque Shopping Plaza is great for those who love window shopping and spending. There a variety of shops to suit all budgets and there is a lovely jewellry shop here selling reasonably priced items..ideal for presents.
