About the property

Luxury air-conditioned apartments, 100 metres from the beach and just 1 km from Denia centre.

This complex was finished in 2001. It is situated about 1 kilometre from the centre of Denia and you just need to cross the coastal road to get to the sandy beaches. It has two large swimming pools with attached children's pools, outside changing rooms, toilets and showers and all apartments are overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens. The complex has its own tennis court. Each apartment has its own designated parking space. The complex is fully secured with remote controllable gates. In the same street you will find several restaurants.

The apartment has air conditioning/heating throughout. One full bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and wash stand, one with toilet and wash stand. Two bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin. Duvets and linen. Towels and tea towels, please bring your own beach towels.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and washing machine.

Satellite television, DVD-CD-MP3-DIVX player.

Garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and parking space.

About Denia, Costa Blanca

The historic town of Denia offers a somewhat quieter holiday than some of the nearby resorts. There are many beautiful buildings to be seen including the castle that sits high above the town itself and the old quarter near the fishing port.

The town has a couple of beaches, so whether you fancy snorkelling off the rocks, or lazing in the sun, the choice is there. For the more active, ferry trips to the Balearics are available and of course you can always hire a car and discover the wonderful coastline.
