About the property

Our studio sits next to the main pool and enjoys a south-facing aspect. Mare Verde resembles a Spanish-style pueblo, a low-level complex of apartments with gardens and beautiful plants including palms, bougainvillea and tropical plants. There are 5 pools including children's pool and cascades and waterfalls flowing throughout the complex. 5 minutes taxi from Tenerife`s new Siam Aqua Park, go to www.siamparktenerife.com

Our studio has a south-facing aspect and is next to the main pool and waterfall. There is a new washing machine and microwave/grill recently added and from April we will have plasma TV with English programmes and DVD, plus a selection of DVD's films for your entertainment. You will also find books and info on the local area and island sights. There is a kettle, toaster, hotplates, iron/ironing board, safety deposit box and even a hairdryer. The new patio gates allow comfort and security. Linen and towels are provided. Free travel cot available for infants. Internet access is available in the complex plus local internet cafes.

September 9th - November 30th 2010	£210 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £30 per additional guest)
December 1st - 22nd 2010	£180 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £30 per additional guest)
Christmas 2010	£295 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £45 per additional guest)
New year 2010/2011	£295 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £45 per additional guest)

Credit crunch prices down from £210 to £180. (January/April/December 2010)

Christmas and New Year (20010/2011) weeks are £295 per week. Long stay holidays are £165 per week.

We ask £50 deposit per week plus £40 deposit for the keys. Payments can be made via Paypal.

We also offer short-stay breaks (4/5 days) for £30 per day plus an end-of-stay cleaning fee of £30.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960's and Playa de las Americas is now brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers and can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you are looking for an easy holiday with lots of entertainment on hand, Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

There are many quality bars and restaurants nearby and the new and fantastic Siam Aqua Park are a short taxi-ride away. A gentle 5 minute stroll brings you to the La pinta and Fanabe beaches plus shops, 24 hour supermarket, chemist and banks are nearby.
