About the property

Beautiful Morrocan style villa with private pool and gardens with a further two apartment's set within it's own ground's.

This stunning house is situated in the hill's of the beautiful white-washed village of Frigiliana and only a 10 minute drive to the larger town of Nerja.

The living areas of this property are quite unique, as you can accommodate your group across three individual houses/apartments.

The main house consists of three large bedrooms, en-suite to one, a large dining area with open plan kitchen and a beautiful funished lounge/TV area with french doors opening onto a large terrace.

Bedroom 1 has a super-king size bed with en-suite whirlpool bath and wc, French doors opening onto ground floor terrace. Bedroom 2 has a super-king size bed with French doors opening onto second floor terrace with amazing views of the town of Nerja and the sea. Bedroom 3 has a super-king size bed again with French doors opening onto the second floor terrace with views of the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the usual utensils including oven, hob, microwave and smoothie maker.

The lounge has two large leather sofas and a single leather chair, plasma TV, Playstation with games and large open fire place.

The poolside apartment has two bedrooms, shower and wc and is decorated in typical Andalucian style.

Finally at the bottom of the garden you will find our one bedroom vaulted apartment with large super king size bed. Within this apartment there is a large lounge/TV area, a fully equipped kitchen, shower room with wc and it's own Turkish sauna!

The pool is surrounded by large palm trees and a well maintained garden giving you total privacy from the outside world. Here you will also have the use of a large BBQ and a full size table tennis.

Throughout all of the living areas we have furninshed with the best in contemporary design.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 12 people sharing.

1st July - 16th September 2007	£1,950 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
17th September - 28th October 2007	£1,800 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
29th October - 23rd December 2007	£1,250 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
24th December 2007 - 6th January 2008	£1,800 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
7th January - 30th June 2008	£1,500 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

We require a 20% deposit for the property and the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks from date of departure.

We also require a £200 breakage cheque sending with the deposit. This will be returned to you upon inspection of the property no later than 10 days from your return home.

About Frigiliana, Costa del Sol

Picturesque Andalucian mountain village. Delightful cobblestone streets, with many good restaurants and a selection of bars. Just 10 minutes from Nerja.
