The apartment overlooks a communal garden and from the balcony you have an unrestricted view of the sea. The land to the rear of the apartment and ground adjacent to the beach front is awaiting landscaping.

Upper level has double en-suite bedroom with his and hers walk in wardrobes, two further twin bedrooms and a further bathroom on the lower level.

Fully integrated modern kitchen with fridge freezer, and modern appliances.

There are 4 foldaway sun loungers that can be taken to the beach. 2 sun loungers off the master bedroom terrace, table and 2 chairs off second bedroom terrace and table and 4 chairs off lounge terrace.

Holiday rental prices

£200 booking deposit with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit will also be required.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be requested.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

About the complex

Nueva Ribera Beach Club is 5 minutes drive from San Javier (Murcia) airport. Set in the pretty town of Los Alcazares, The club is provided with 24 hour security and underground parking and is a perfect base for exploring the historic province of Murcia, with its city lined with designer boutiques and unique one-off shops. The historic naval port of Cartagena is a 20 minute drive, and the hustle and bustle of La Manga is also close by.

All three terraces have a view of the Mar Menor with it's 7km stretch of sandy beaches lined with a promenade perfect for walking or cycling. A 10-15 minute stroll will bring you to Los Narejos where you will find a superb selection of restaurants offering international cuisine Al Fresco in the warm summer breeze. Alternatively relax and unwind indulging in a cerveza and tapas at any one of the numerous beach bars on route.

For the more active there are number of first class golf courses nearby at Roda, La Finca and La Serena. There are water sports, go carting, horse riding, bowling to name but a few, and all within easy reach!

Within Los Alcazares (pronounced 'los-alcatha-res') is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Bars, cafes and restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment, and the warm water of the Mar Menor helps make the town a paradise for bathers and water sports enthusiasts. The mineral-rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health-giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times. The fertile countryside (la Huerta) inland supplies the local markets with fresh produce which is also exported to northern Europe, especially during the winter when local farmers take advantage of the comparatively warm weather. Throughout the year, the area offers boundless opportunities for sports and other activities. Golfers will be delighted that no less than seven golf courses can be found within a short drive from the town.

There is a newly opened fully equipped Spa nearby or for the sports enthusiasts there are number of international PGA golf courses at Roda, La Finca and La Serena. Windsurfing and water sports are on the beachfront and carting, horse riding and bowling are all within easy reach making Nueva Ribera a real pleasurable place to frequent!
