About the property

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with the balcony overlooking the pool area.

Internally there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe. The bathroom has a vanity unit, wc and built in shower.

The lounge has a dining area to sit 4 people, American kitchen, bedsettee, 2chairs and a TV unit.

The patio door leads onto the balcony which has a table 4 chairs and directly overlooks the pool area.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

The complex is idealy situated and a great favourite with familys. A 5 minute walk will take you to the lovely safe beach at Porto Colon with many restaurants along the promenade one which is the Blue Marlin which has a good choice on the menu another is the Irish Rose for value for money meals.

A short walk along the front takes you to the harbour were you can watch the boats come and go. Just 2 minutes from the complex you will find many bars for your entertainment.
