Casa Davleen is situated in Quesada & close to golf. Luxury detached villa with 2 bedrooms, both with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes & drawer units. One with en-suite bathroom, enclosed shower making a total of 2 bathrooms.

Large curved lounge with open fireplace. The lounge has three windows, North, West & south facing so light & sunny practically all day. Fully equipped spacious kitchen with marble topped breakfast bar & stools, al fresco dining area. Private pool getting the sunshine most of the day in summer & afternoons in the winter. Furnished terraces & gardens. The pool lights are now on a sensor & will light up at night automatically when it detects movement or body heat.

Our villa is very modern, clean, bright & spacious. All furnishings are of a very high standard. Large selection of videos, DVD's, CD's & books. Private 400m2 plot with kidney shaped 8 x 5m2 swimming pool, newly constructed Aug 2007. This is not a shared pool.

The property comfortably sleeps 4 adults plus infant/child in 2 separate double sized bedrooms. A travel cot is available for your use if required, bedding for this is not supplied. We also have a "Vert Baudet" childs ready bed, inflatable type suitable for child up to approx 8 years of age. Therefore if necessary Cassa Davleen would sleep 4 adults + 1 child (max age 8) All bedrooms & lounge area are fitted with ceiling fans plus 2 air con units which alternate to heat in the cooler months.

For your additional safety, both bedrooms & kitchen have fire extinguishing blankets fitted to the walls. As an extra safety measure for families with young children we have recently added balustrade with lockable gates to section off the pool area.

Because of all the recent problems with English TV in Spain ( alot of properties can no longer get it) We have just bought a 1.9 m2 satellite dish to receive all the English channels plus lots more.

A personal low cost shopping & taxi service is also available via the housekeeper whose number we will provide you with. Additional laundry & cleaning service available if required, just speak to the housekeeper. Our pool is thoroughly cleaned & maintained on a weekly basis.

Holiday rental prices

Prices quoted are for the villa not per person.

Please add a final clean & laundry charge ( a one off payment ) of 75 euros per booking which is to be paid locally to the housekeeper/ cleaner on arrival or at your earliest convenience.This payment is a one off charge & is not per person. It includes the supply of clean Bed linnen & towels for all guests on arrival & the cleaning of the villa & laundering of all bed linnen & towels on departure. A complimentary welcome pack will also be provided consisting of a few basic items. An additional cleaning or laundry service is available if required & can be arranged as needed with the cleaner for a nominal charge.

If you do not want to hire a car at the airport we can arrange pick up for you once we have your flight details, always subject to availability .Airport collection & drop off for daytime arrivals & departures (subject to availability & Max of 4 persons. ) Alicante 45 euros each way. Murcia airport 45 euros each way payable locally to your driver on arrival at the property. Night time arrivals/departures may incur a small extra cost so please ask for price. Please note: Parties of 4 plus infant , or more than 4 passengers - Airport collection can be arranged & guaranteed to cost less than picking up a taxi at the airport, but price for this cannot be confirmed until closer to departure. We will endeavour to get you the cheapest possible price & guaranteed to be much less than a TAXI

If you want to hire a car locally in Quesada then there is a car rental located only 5 mins drive from the villa. www.aeroautos.net, with this company you can choose to drop the car back at the airport if you like. You can even use this company for car rental & pick your vehicle up at the airport on arrival by prior arrangement. Their rental costs are quite reasonable.

For your flights you have choice of 2 airports Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airport. Approx 35 mins drive from either. Most of the low cost airlines fly into both or one of these airports.

Why choose this villa?

Although the villa is very private it is situated in an area with neighbouring property. Safe, secure & ideally situated for a perfectly relaxing break. If you want to get out & about, there is lots to do & see but a car is recommended. There are lots of local markets to visit. Rojales, Guadamar, Torrevieja, Santa pola etc. If you know Quesada then you will already be aware that area is quite hilly in places. Keeps you fit!! but if you have walking difficulties then I would suggest hiring a car or if you are just feeling lazy then 5 -6 euros is all it will cost to go to the local bars & supermarkets in a taxi.

Bars & restaurants.

You have a choice! Quesada centre. Approx 5 mins drive. Nearest bars & restaurants just at the bottom of the hill - 6mins walk. Here you will find "The Wok Buffet" great if you like Chinese, great if you don't. Choose your meat, fish, veg etc. and it is all cooked freshly for you exactly how you want it. Plain or with Chinese sauces. Eat as much as you like for starters, main course & dessert. All this will cost 8.95 euros per person. In this same location you will also find a selection of local bars. Quesada has several supermarkets. Consum, Mercadonna, Gamma (English)& many others. Nearest one is about 6 - 10 mins walk.

The nearest golf course.

Less than 5 mins drive is La Marquesa Golf Club. It was designed by Justo Quesada Samper. Address - Ciudad Quesada II, 03170 Rojales, Alicante. Tel: 966 671 953. There is a club house & numerous other facilities. Casa Davleen is located in Cuidad Quesada 11, very close to the golf course but not actually on or overlooking it.
