The apartment is located on phase 2 of the Ocean Park complex in the San Eugenio area of Playa de Las Americas, Costa Adeje. It has one bedroom and is on the second floor, accessible via stairs or the lift and overlooks one of two communal pools.
The large sunny double balcony has plenty of room for two sun loungers with comfortable mattresses, reclining chairs and also a dining table and chairs if you want to eat outside. If it gets a bit too warm just roll out the canopy to get a bit of shade.
There are two single beds in the bedroom and a safe fitted in the wardrobe for peace of mind. Touch lamps on each bedside table saves anyone having to get up to switch off the light. There are security gates on the balcony doors, if you want to let some air in at night without compromising security.
Fresh linen and towels are supplied weekly. Beach/pool towels are not provided. The bathroom has recently been refurbished and has a bath with shower and toilet.
There is a double bed settee in the living room which is suitable for sleeping two adults. The television has British channels and there is also a DVD player for guests use.
The kitchen is well equipped compared to many holiday apartments and has a cooker with oven, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer to keep the drinks cold while you are chilling on the balcony.
The apartment is in an ideal location within walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants but peaceful at night when you want to sleep as it is set back from the road. The beach and Porto Colon Marina are only a short stroll away also.

£100 deposit is required to secure a booking (not refundable) with the balance due six weeks before travel. A £100 deposit is also required for damage or breakages, this is refundable if no damage is reported.
Owner's Tips...
The Soul City bar at the front of the complex is very friendly. We can recommend the soul city bar for breakfast, snacks and sunday lunch. In the evenings it is a nice and friendly bar for drinks.
There is a bus stop outside the complex gates for the free bus to Siam Park, the fantastic new water Park.
The local buses are green and called Titsa. Although there is a bus stop outside the complex, local buses do not stop there. It is best to get on them by the San Eugenio shopping centre a few minutes walk straight down the road. This same side of the road will take you towards Los Cristianos and the other side is usually towards Adeje but check with the driver. Buy a bono bus ticket from many of the local shops or kiosks for 12 or 30 euros for discounted travel. If you catch two different buses within two hours the second fare is often free!
There are lots of lovely walks going towards Los Cristianos or towards La Caleta for the more active.
