About the property

This luxury holiday home has two floors and an enclosed garden with a large private swimming-pool and six lounge-chairs. The pool has plenty of space to relax and sunbath and BBQ.

The villa is furnished with three twin bedrooms which suits for 6 persons. A baby cot is available.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning (2 units) and all around rolling-shutters.

The living room is luxury and comfortable furnished with a large sofa, 2 armchairs, glass case, dinette and a television with a cable connection.

The kitchen is well and fully-equipped with a granite worktop, ceramic cooking ring, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment and washing machine.

One of the bedrooms is on the upper floor which has patio doors to the large balcony. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished. On both floors there is bathroom. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a wash basin, shower and toilet. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bath, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required.

Non smokers and no pets

Passport numbers of all persons travelling will be required.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

About Mosa Trajectum

The exclusive golf resort Mosa Trajectum is situated between the unspoilt beaches of the Costa Cálida and the pleasant city Murcia. The resort lies at the foot of the Murcian hills and at the borders of an UNESCO owned Nature Reserve. This surrounding is the perfect place for among others hiking, biking, horse riding and mountain biking.

Mosa Trajectum is situated only 10 km from Murcia and 85 km south of Alicante. Further it is a short 15 minutes drive to the beaches of the Costa Calida and the Mar Menor.

The heart of Mosa Trajectum is a Parador which is rebuilt into a hotel and restaurant. In the near future the resort will be expanded with commercial zones, containing a wealth of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, a medical centre and a sport resort. Just outside Mosa Trajectum (approx. 400 mtr) you will find two typical Spanish restaurants where you can also buy some fresh products (bread, meat, fruit, vegetables).
