On the ground floor there is an entrance hall plus one double bedroom with double bed, with large patio window to balcony overlooking mountain and sea. There is a second double bedroom with two single beds with windows overlooking the sea.
Large modern well fitted kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven. Beautiful large open plan lounge/dining room with stunning views to sea and mountains. Two sets of patio doors leading onto balcony with breakfast/lunch eating area
The second floor has a totally self contained suite with magnificent large terrace with open air dining area seating for up to 12 people, views directly to the bay of Aiguablava and mountains behind. This is actually one of the outstanding beauty spots of the whole coast.

The apartment is large (170 sq.m) and very private and offers split level accommodation. Communal extensive gardens that are never crowded with separate children’s play area. Large swimming pool, children’s pool and BBQ area.
We consider the penthouse not suitable for families with very small children due to the balconies they can climb up.
Facilities include 24 hour security, resident porter on site. Television with English/Spanish channels, Freeview satellite, limited BBC 1, 2, ITV & News 24, music stereo, CDs, videos, board games and books.

Girona is a bustling city within the province of Catalonia, although today it is a bright, modern place to stay, it has a truly historical past and many ancient buildings are to be seen, especially in the old quarters around the medieval district of Call Jueu. Girona is an excellent place to wander around; there are many narrow streets to discover as well as quaint café’s to sit and relax in.
About the complex and area
5/10 minutes walk to secluded beach or choice of many beaches/bays along this truly amazing coastline.
Nearest airport is Gerona 50 minutes or Barcelona 2 hours or Perpignan (France) 1.40 minutes. This location requires a car.
There are so many things to do and see in the area, including golf, tennis, snorkelling, sailing, diving, horse-riding, walking, museums, markets, ancient villages totally unspoilt, more gourmet restaurants than anywhere in Spain (El Bully the world’s top restaurant is nearby in Rosas, and there are quite a few Michelin star restaurants), as well as good value restaurants. The city of Barcelona is also near for a day out and Gerona has great shopping (40 minutes).
You can walk to a beach (very steep steps down to beach itself) where there is a beach retaurant (hut!) with chairs on beach for lunchtime sandwiches etc. For the evening it is possible to walk to the Aigua Blava hotel which has an excellent grill room but not particularly cheap. Both walks take about 5 to 10 minutes.
The apartments are called Dos Calas. There are some 36 apartments. There are large grounds plus a bar which serves food in the evenings during July/August.
The nearest village is Begur is five minutes by car or larger town Palafrugell which is 12 minutes by car.
