Beautifully presented 3 bedroom villa, set on two levels with the upper bedroom having private doors to a roof terrace.

Neptuno Byrne has the following features. 3 bedrooms, two twin rooms and one double. Air conditioning upstairs and in lounge.

Table tennis area, private pool 7 x 3m, gas BBQ, roof terrace with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Pool terrace area with a further table and 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Front terrace with 4 wicker chairs and a table.

Satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

About Camposol golf resort

18 hole golf course and driving range, restaurant and bar, 15 mins walk. Hotel bar, restaurant, cafe and health spa, 15 mins walk. Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 11 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, Asian,and Chinese restaurant on site.

Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall.

Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches, within a 15 minute drive.

Murcia and Alicante airport, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.
