This lovely 3 bedroomed townhouse at Bahia de Casares on the Costa del Sol is an ideal family holiday home. It has the benefit of being a short distance from both the excellent Casares beach and the lovely large communal swimming pool as well as having its own private tropical garden with sea views.This only serves 11 houses so is never crowded.
The house itself consists of a spacious living/dining room with patio doors leading out onto the terrace and gardens. Satellite TV is available in the lounge. There is a stylish solid wood dining table that seats six.
The modern kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer etc plus all the pots pans, crockery, glassware etc needed to make your stay here a very comfortable one.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. The master bedroom is has an en-suite bathroom, in addition to which there is a further family bathroom and a separate cloakoom.
The very pleasant tropical garden has plenty of patio furniture for al fresco dining. It has commanding sea views but at the same time is well screened from its neighbours by a profusion of tropical plants. The delightful communal pool is just a short distance away and this too is set in a lush tropical garden, plenty of sun beds are supplied for guests.
The clean, sandy and safe Casares beach is about a five minute walk away and here there is a delightful chiringuito, (beach bar), where you can sample the local sea food and sip a cool drink in the shade.

You have a choice of two towns within easy reach, the closest being Sabinillas at less than 5 minutes away by car. This up and coming seaside town has seen many improvements in recent years and here you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants many of which are situated along the delightful promenade.
In the opposite direction, at less than 10 minutes away by car, is the charming coastal town of Estepona. Once a small fishing village it retains much of its original charm but has also been tastefully and sympathetically improved and now offers first class shops and restaurants, a lovely beach and marina.
The western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer the visitor with Selwo wildlife park, historic Gibraltar, the cosmopolitan Puerto Banus and the lovely inland white villages of Andalucia all within easy striking distance. For the golfer there are of course many first class golf courses to be found on your
doorstep.
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.
