About the property

Our villa was built about 8 years ago using the latest building regulations and built to a very high standard. Until very recently we have been living in the villa for the past 7 years until our daughter had to return to the UK to attend college, so it has every comfort to enjoy year round living.

4 comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suites and one further shower room. All sheets and towels etc will be provided. Large lounge with dining area, kitchen etc, we have central heating and also air conditioning. There is an outside dining area with gas BBQ, that is used from May to October, covered Naya (outside lounge), terrace and a pool (not heated).

The property is fully alarmed with a hidden safe, cable TV, internet, TV's in all bedrooms, DVD player, video machines, hi-fi for both inside and out, garage and offstreet parking. We are about 1 mile from the Arenal Beach, where everyone tends to meet up, boasting many restaurants and shops.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

December 2008	£400 per week for up to 6 guests (Plus £30 per additional guest)
July and August 2008	£950 per week for up to 6 guests (Plus £40 per additional guest)
September 2008	£650 per week for up to 6 guests (Plus £30 per additional guest)
October 2008	£350 per week for up to 6 guests (Plus £25 per additional guest)
November 2008	£300 per week for up to 6 guests (Plus £20 per additional guest)

Deposit of 500€ required at time of final payment which must be made 14 days prior to the start of the rental. A cleaning charge of 125€ at the beginning of the rental and 35€ per week during the rental. 100€ per week for the use of the airconditioning. Internet, telephone, etc will be worked on a usage only basis if required. BBQ gas will be charged seperately if used.

A deposit of 25% of the rental charge should be made at the time of booking.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

Owner's Tips...

There is much to do in the local area, with several golf courses, horse riding, tennis, and sight-seeing into the mountains and the beautiful local villages.

Benidorm is less than 25 minutes away, with its theme parks and shopping centres and Alicante and Valencia is 1 hour away. If you are happy to drive longer distances (and the roads are relatively traffic free) Madrid is only 4 hours and Barcelona and Seville 6 hours. Don't be worried about driving in Spain, there are numerous places to stop (every 10 miles) eat, drink and take in the scenery. It's very rare to get a traffic jam unless you are nearing the centre of a major city.
